Schooly, schooly, school.

     So, you can probably tell that I started school this week, and here's some news:  I am learning Latin... real exciting isn't it?  Yes.  Just kidding, it is not exciting at all.  It is super dreadful, the pronunciations are the most horrible things you have ever heard in your life.  For instance: Julius Caesar is actually pronounced: Yulius Kiser.

     So, I made some freaking sweet shoes.  Yes, I have made my debut in shoes!  It also happens to be my debut in Duck Tape.  Also, since I took this picture I have made the other shoe.  Anyway, so I decided to make some Duck Tape "Toms" after I received this sweet Duck Tape from the lovely Taylor for my birthday.  Then I found some crappy old shoes, trimmed the top a bit, covered it in Duck Tape and then figured out how to get it off my foot.  It was surprisingly difficult. 

     Anyway, my brother keeps bugging me to get off, so I gotta go now, amo te, et ridicule es fringilla quis, accumsan et scholae schola schola!  Love you!

Hairy, hairy hair.

     Dear Minions, I am dearly sorry for lying on that last post.  I didn't mean to.  But anyway, here is a picture of the skirt I am working on, I am going to sew those ruffles all the way up it.  Also pictured here is this fantastic fabric that I bought for two dollars.  It was a fantastic deal as well as the best fabric I have ever bought.  I am going to make a skirt out of it as well.


     Here is another picture, it is of me a couple weeks ago right after I dyed my hair.  Then I messed around with my camera a little and wallah!  One of the coolest pictures ever.
  

     Sorry this is so short today, I walked an insanely large number of miles today (it was approximately eleven) so I am going to eat some food now.  Love you!

     AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! THE COMPUTER IS WORKING!!! WOOT! WOOT! WOOT! I am so freaking excited you would not believe my excitement! I am just filled with joy right now.
     Anyway, so I have been not posting for the past week-ish because I hate our back-up computer and now that that issue is all cleared up, I will post much more frequently. 
     So, on Monday I went to Walmart and bought zippers for all my new fabric, (I bought them because I recently discovered I hate buttons.  I don't understand why they have to be so freaking cute.) then on Tuesday I went to D.I. and bought a giant button up shirt which I am currently in the process of converting into a skirt.  I enjoy it very much.
     Anyway, I would totally post pictures of my progress, but I am all chlorine-y right now and really need to go shower before I put on anything new and/or cute.  So I am going to go do that now and will post pictures directly afterwards if I am allowed back on, if not they will be posted tomorrow.  I will actually keep one of those dates because I just realized how much I love this computer.

Birthday Girl!

     Hey folks, I am dearly sorry but this stupid freaking computer is the slowest, most messed up thing in the world and I hate it. And I have been quite busy lately because my sister was visiting and it was my birthday on Tuesday and whatnot.  But anyway, I am here now and I am trying to upload pictures but, once again, this computer sucks.  

     So I made my sister the golf skirt and it was extremely stupid.  basically everything that could go wrong did go wrong and I hated making it super bad.  However, it did turn out pretty cute.  You can hardly even see my mistakes - slash - the idiocy of this particular skirt.

     In other news, I got six yards of fabric for my birthday.  For from my sister and her husband and two from my brother.  This means that at least on skirt is in my future.  Other then that I have not quite decided what to do yet.  I was thinking about making a vest or something, but I am not quite sure how attractive that would look with the fabric I have at my disposal at present.  (There is a picture of it right there, in case you couldn't quite figure it out on your own.  

     Another bit of information: I was watching AFV on Sunday and there was a girl wearing the cutest skirt ever! It made me want one super bad.  So I am going to make one like it and then post about it, you know, how I usually do and stuff....

     Well, I am now going to go do something other then this.  Have fun doing whatever you do!

A sincere apology

     Hey hey hey! So, I am sure that you have noticed that I have not posted for some time.  For this I have a great excuse:  My computer crashed.  Yup, it is totally dead.  Made even more so by the fact that we have removed the hard drive and taken it to a guy in our ward.  I am going to start posting a lot more now though, because I looked at my stats and saw that I only got fifty views in the month of July.  That really sucks.  So I am going to try and get my audience back by beginning posting constantly again. 
     Today I do not have a picture, I'll post it tomorrow.  I can't find the USB on this stupid computer so I'll just have to get my brother to take a picture of it with his phone.  (He got his mission call by the way, he is going to The Netherlands/Belgium, Dutch speaking.  I don't understand why The Netherlands have a The in their name, but I suppose we do to so I shouldn't be whining.)  Anyway, my sister bought this totally ridiculous fabric and asked me to sew her a skirt with it.  Fact: It's GOLF fabric.  Like, it has little pictures of girls playing golf on it.  But it was a dollar a yard and who wouldn't buy something that cheap, eh?  So I'll post a picture of that on Monday and make that skirt sometime this week!
